Andover Research PBL
Sixth grade students on 6West will research a location, individual, or aspect of Andover's history and create a research paper and works cited page, as well as present their research in a digital form. Students were introduced to the project and then visited Memorial Hall Library to begin their research process and view primary sources.
Presentations will take place at Memorial Hall Library on Thursday, May 8 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Online Research
Citing your Sources
Now that your research is done you need to write your report and don't forget to cite your sources by creating a Works Cited page.
According to MLA style, you must have a Works Cited page at the end of your research paper. All entries in the Works Cited page must correspond to the works cited in your main text.
Check out all the rules and requirements, including the 2009 updates, on the Purdue OWL site. Learn how to site electronic sources, including databases. |
